as on Mar 18, 2022Poor service I bought a plan of 60 Mbps uploading and downloading speed, but I am getting only 15--20 Mbps speed since a fortnight
This is the worst internet provider. I won't even suggest to my enemy to tie up with them. They don't pickup the call and internet is off from days and they just reply we are coming and nothing happened. They should not exist in this business.
Net speed is good when connected, but ones net is disconnected at 7pm , then it will be resume on next day after 12.30pm after taking strong follow-up. If we asking them to solve problems ASAP, then they reply to us change the services provider.
Best service. Best offers. I have been using it since more than a year now. Very polite and they try to solve the issues as soon as possible
I am using HATHWAY from last 1 year and due to some issue , i changed my location and i got a call from Hathway representative ,"Sir app ka inernet use close hua hau toh app kab suru kar rahe ho inernet use karna" , then i said i changed my location, will i get the HATHWAY server there and she said Yes and after that she said that you have to pay first and then we will assign you technician and after doing payment (I made payment on Friday (when i got a call)) then on monday (Today) i received a call of technician that , aapke area mai service nahi de pyange... This is bullshit and pathetic....even after confirmation from representative that technician said ...we do not provide service there..

Hi, everyone I am using this service since 6 months it was good, but from last few days, lots of problem, issues is fiber cut, there engineers are not bothered to give service. If we call call center, song is ringing on more then 15 minutes coustmer is on another call. Before taking new connection they talk to politely call you 10 times once you purchase, God save you they will never pick up phone. Very unliablle service My opanion dont ever by it
