I was a good choice to avail travamazon services

Had booked Business Class Air tickets for International travel last year before the breakout of the pandemic and lockdowns. Paid Rs. 2 lakhs for the tickets. As the flights were suspended/cancelled asked for refund which apparently has been given by the Airline to the agency many months back. But Potter Travels is avoiding my calls and not refunding the amount back to me. Do not deal with this agency - not trustworthy.

I given an advance of Rs.10000/-for char sham yatra in march 20 for 2 person and due to COVID 19 and Lockdown I inform that my plan can cell and cancel my booking on 25th April 20 and request to Mr. Vivek and Ms.Somali Jain to refund my advance of Rs.10000 but my deleted request till date neither refund advance nor replying also block my mobile no.in their mobile henceforth unable to contact them. @Templeyatri, When will I get my money 2200/- returned for the ticket you did not book? I Paid 2200/- to templeyatri agent named Rajan Srivastava (9971582508, 08851429013, 08383904119) on Dec 7th, 2019 for Tirupati darshan ticket package but due to some payment delay with googlepay, he received money after 10 days and hence he didn't book my ticket before that time when I needed. So now my money is with him and is not returned yet. I am contacting him since Dec 18th, 2019 but still my money is not refunded. The guy is not receiving my call, not replying to my SMS, WhatsApp, and email at all. When will I get my money 2200/- returned?
