Prompt Service from Viveks Mylapore, Chennai. Had Purchased a new washing machine from this dealers. Their way of approaches and customer support was Good. It was a Haier Fully automatic washing machine for that I paid 13000 with free of delivery and installation. I'm satisfied and fulfilled with their service.

Satisfactory Dealers, I found for my TV requirements, I have purchased Haier 32 inches TV in this Viveks in Mylapore. The Customers Satisfactions are really good inside this shop, They have given me the Expected One. I exchanged my old TV brought a new one. The actual cost of tv is 18000 and I paid 14000 for purchasing a new TV. I am Satisfied with their Business and all.

One of the worst shop. I went to mylapore viveks branch for purchasing a ceiling fan. I saw an Usha ceiling fan. They mentioned in that show piece it's actual price is RS 2070 but Viveks price is RS 2010. I asked them to round off to RS 2000. They at first refused but after they reduced to 2000. They told we will send electrician also for which separate charge will be applicable. I also agreed and buy that. Once I came home and I saw on the box it's shocking. On that Usha's MRP is mentioned as RS 2000. How dare they are to cheat people by mentioning two three prices. I called them for 6to 7 times for installation. No one came. At last I fixed that by calling some other person. Another shock is that, the same model same brand Usha I saw in Reliance digital at a price of RS 1300. I felt worst of buying this. Don't cheat customers. Otherwise they have to pay for that and have to undergo severe legal proceedings under customer law forum for selling more than MRP

Purchased carrier air cooler from this Viveks in Mylapore, Chennai. Cost was 30000.They did free home delivery and installation in my home. They have given warranty period. Sales people showed me different model and explained its salient features. Out of it, I choose this one. Glad to purchase from this vendor.
