Worst response n lack of proper communication from the Viveks showroom, Nanganallur. We purchased Air-condition, the rate which they told in showroom was different with the added up rates where they came to install. I request all to properly get the rates in written form with the company seal in it while on discussion itself. After the products arrives, they suddenly ask us to pay for this n that. Pls be very careful. Worst response from Viveks n from the manager too.

I bought WDX2 Vacuum cleaner. Sales person r fraud once you pay the money that's it they won't support for anything. While pre sale they promise u life time free service. But no way after payment don't even pick your calls . For any technical assist. Thn u need to call customer service centre for that triple the time call rate will be charged. Cc executive will speek very nicely and send a person who take care of water purifier who does have knowledge of vacuum cleaner . So becareful while buying once u pay the money they sucks you
