IF U NEED TO SPEND 1000 EXTRA SOMEWHERE ALSO PLEASE SPEND SO THIS FRUSTRATION WILL NIT BE THERE. FOR 1000 RS DISCOUNT U NEED TO SPEND 10K TO FOLLOW THESE GUYS IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG. TO MAKE SURE WE SPEND MONEY IN 6 MONTHS ONLY THEY SAY LOWEST PRICE AT BEGINNING WITH DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. .I bought Voltas AC in aug. Not even used for few days due to cold climate. Now indoor gas leakage and AC service is worst to the core . No response from GIRIAS even after complaining that we will go to consumer court. They were saying go if u want. Money is not a matter here. Think how many people who can't speak much would have suffered by this bleady agency. Few of my friends now told exactly in tamil that this Anna nagar GIRIAS is a cheating company. Please don't purchase if u don't have voice to file a case against them or if u can't even speak what you facing. These people are least bothered about your complaint. If u want less price you need to use your product only for six month then they will say it's not our problem. For me they said coovum running near house. Where it is absolutely a lie .... And keep postponing the service. They make u run here and there. They will make u get stressed. WORST EVER NO 1 CHEATING COMPANY.

OG AC CONKED IN 2 days times. Not answering the calls

Very Poor! Beware of this seller, better try to avoid him. No response from him once the sale is done; he will talk nicely till make a purchase and never bother to respond to you once is the purchase is made.

I buyed blue star AC. No remote and pamplet in box, Within 4 days its not working, gas redused problem came.. Be careful ..,we ask double booster inventer,but fraud given 1.5 booster... scrab item all selling in low cost... Owner is rude while asking for replacement...

Very poor service. I paid Rs.4500 for 1 year AMC( 3service and 1 water service. Its been 1.5 months i am following with the B cool for my first service. For last 1.5 months he is saying their guys are not available. Also they confirmed bill will be given when the guys come for 1st service. Till now bill also not given and he says avail the service and he can't refund.
