Stay away from these peoples nerver fall into their trap.. The employees of kilapuk (Ashokamithran, Ramprasath and boopathy) will go to any extend to brain wash you and they don't bother about giving any false commitments verbally and email etcc.. Just to make you take the insurance.. They won't care about customers.. Their intention is to achieve their target and make commission money out of the insurance.. We took money back insurance by believed these guys and got written email as well from Ashokamithran..on the assured return amount .Now they neglecting us and cheating us saying we will get only less amount 30% of the premium what we paid..we lost our hard earned money.. I have escalated this issue to kotak grievance team.. If no resolution and if they safeguard their employees , will take this legal against them.. Just wanted everyone to be aware of this and stay away from these peoples..
