Very worst service. Selling duplicate products with branded stickers. Talking to customers in rude manner. Cheaters. If you buy anything at mercy electronics you are wasting your money

My exp. with this showroom is a big disappointment and full of frustration. They cheat me twice in one transaction. I was buying first AC of my life. Went to the Anna nagar showroom. I finalied one model of split AC of particular brand. The delivery was made after multiple follow ups. Installation engineer came in a day. When the Interal unit was unboxed, I found that the model is not the one i had finalised. This was not unintentional. I found that when they repeated the same while sending the model I selected. But what happens was so disgusting. One cant behave so low for money and cheat people. They sent the demo unit which was displayed in the showroom. Actually they took the order but did not have stock. But that is so simple to say no than to do such fraud. I spent lot of my productive time of office to sort that out, eacalate etc. The showroom never utter a word of sorry including the properiter. For redund too they made me roam multiple time. The Proporiter was too rude.
